Hi Dana,
We would like to thank you for all you did to make the best of our accommodations and tours. Thank you again for the complimentary wine and cheese. Much appreciated. All in all, everything turned out wonderful.
Belen and Cecelia were wonderful tour guides. Every city held something wonderful: Cordoba with the beautiful churches and its rich history, and Mendoza with the incredible vineyards, olive trees, and superb wines. However, the highlight was El Calafate and the majestic glaciers. It truly takes your breath away. This was an experience of a lifetime. Thank you again for all you did to help make it a great experience.

Hi Staci,
I had a great experience. Thanks again for the help. All of the people, guides, etc, were excellent. I don't expect perfect English from people in a Spanish-speaking country at all, but nearly everyone was excellent, plus I had a really good time speaking Italian with the young lady who did the city tour in Buenos Aires and with a proprietor at Karut Josh hotel in El Calafate. I give high marks to that very, very friendly hotel, by the way. It's a short walk into town.
I was truly blown away by the glacier cruise, and didn't feel at all "glaciered-out" on the second day at Perito Moreno (although the Serrano/Balmaceda trip would have been great too). Seeing Perito Moreno on foot from the platforms and paths was crazy-amazing. The long day in Torres del Paine was also just unearthly. Beyond those spectaculars, just using my guidebook to choose some restaurants in various cities, exploring the unusual Patagonian museum in Punta Arenas with its creepy stuffed puma and so on, watching a condor fly overhead, finding an interesting spot in Calafate with some excellent vegetarian choices (I enjoyed steak in Argentina too, but I lean on a more plant-based diet), or meeting people on the way....well it was all fantastic. And I was the only guest at Karut Josh and also in Saltos del Paine! My own personal hotels. Best of all, as I'm sure you can understand after being in Austin....I was COLD.
It was a stupendous, beautiful trip, giant thumbs up, and everything worked like machine.

Hello Mari,
I just want to say thank you for a well-oiled and wonderful trip. My friend and I searched for a tour that would take us where we wanted to go in Argentina and in the time frame we wanted. We were unsuccessful so decided to search for a tour operator that would customize our trip. We liked what we saw on your website and took a chance. That decision turned out to be the right one.
Everywhere we went within Argentina, everything went like clockwork. I know we had at least 7 different pickups to and from airports and as many different drivers and all showed up as promised. The hotels were excellent, the tours were wonderful and once again the tour operators showed up as scheduled. In other words there were no hitches. We loved having a schedule that provided us with a mix of tours and free time. I would definitely recommend your agency for any future travel.
Finally I cannot say enough about the beauty and excitement we experienced in Argentina. Iguazu is incredible and a must see but no more impressive than the glaciers in Patagonia.

Hi Mari,
The four of us travelled from Australia to Buenos Aires, where we met Luke. We were hoping that during our two-week holiday in Latin America we would explore Iguazu, Cusco, Machu Picchu and have a few days to relax in Buenos Aires before our flight home. Thanks to your company we were able to achieve our plans in a comfortable and well supported environment.
At each destination we were greeted by your very helpful local staff. Your excellent guides gave us a good feel for the areas we visited. Our hotels were of a high standard and were well located to allow us to explore the local attractions.
Your advice, reliability and prompt communication was well appreciated. It was most reassuring to have a 24-hour English speaking contact available while we were travelling in South America. Yuna in Buenos Aires was a great help to us.
We have no hesitation in recommending your company to independent travelers from Australia.

Hi Matt!
Where to begin about the trip? Arrivals and departures from airport to hotel, hotel to airport, and the pick-ups and drop-offs for tours all went well. Each representative was informative and friendly.
Our favorite part of the trip by far was Huayna Picchu and then Machu Picchu. The hikes and views were AMAZING! The train ride to and from were great.
You and Peru For Less were awesome. You were timely in responses and informative and thank you for being there when our flight was rescheduled due to the toxic fumes during takeoff.
All in all, the trip was fantastic and memorable. Thank you again for everything Matt. You have inspired me to travel more if not become a travel agent myself!!

Dear Argentina for Less,
Thank you so much for your assistance with my amazing experience in South America. For as flexible, cost efficient, and simple it was to organize, everything exceeded my expectations and ran flawlessly.
Iguazu was spectacular. The hotel was beautiful and relaxing - exactly what I needed after hiking around Buenos Aires for a week!
Peru (Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Lima Lima) was the highlight of the six weeks I had in South America. Colorful, delicious, breathtaking- I wish I had more time there! Machu Picchu is a very special place, something everyone should experience. As a single traveler I enjoyed having different tours to join as I was able to meet lots of people every day.
I will definitely be contacting you in the future for my return.

Hi Riva,
Our plans for our trip to South America were very ambitious and there was very little time to organize the itinerary, but you made it all happen! We were pleased to have had such an enjoyable and memorable time, particularly in Peru.
Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and we really enjoyed the flexibility of our private tours. Equally pleasant, and very caring, were our agency representatives and transfer people. One of our memorable moments was when the two of us were met at the Aguas Calientes train station by a welcoming party of four, including the bellboy from the hotel! The hotel rooms were all clean and comfortable, and the hotels were well located.
Thank you so much for pulling this trip together for us at virtually the last minute. I really appreciated your professionalism and attentiveness to our needs. I would definitely recommend Peru For Less/Latin America For Less for travel to South America.

Dear Matt,
Here is my report of the glorious trip you had planned for my party and me in South America. I have to admit that, before the trip began, I had experienced some apprehension, wondering if everything planned would be carried out as promised or... would we encounter one difficulty after another? I wasn't very certain so I could not assure my friends that things would be all right! Now that I'm back, I can say for sure that one can definitely depend on Latin America For Less!
Your itinerary specially tailored for us did really work like clockwork from the moment we met our first tour representative in Rio de Janeiro all the way to our last destination before we flew to Sao Paulo from Lima! Thank you so much for offering us such professional advice and service! Everyone involved was friendly, punctual and efficient. The moment we exited at an airport, there was always someone waiting to greet us and bring us to our hotel. When it came to the time for us to leave a place for the airport, the same service was given. We were never left stranded, wondering who would meet us, as your representatives were always there before us! Truly, I am so glad I sought your advice before making my trip to South America!
The hotels you had booked for us were also good! ome were quaint and homely while others were more modern. Whatever kind of hotel we were in, there was always a nice, clean bed to sleep in and a TV to catch up with the latest news. However, though it is no fault of yours, I have learnt from hindsight that I should have requested for ground floor rooms in hotels where there are neither lift nor porters to carry our luggage up. Sometimes, we had to struggle to climb up the stairs with our luggage in order to get to our rooms. Thankfully, those hotels did not have too many floors so we did not have to climb so high. Still, it was tiring for some members in my party.
Another incident I would like to make mention is the one that you had earlier written to Dick (Nee Khuen) about the lost camera. From Caitlin's letter, I would presume that you had followed up on this and enquiries had been made with PeruRail regarding its retrieval. Thank you so much for doing your part in helping us locating the camera. It was indeed a big blow to Dick and Nah Nee to have lost it. Imagine all the beautiful and precious photos they have taken going into 'thin air' at the end of their trip. That could have 'marred' their otherwise wonderful trip to some extent.
Among all the great sights we had covered, I must say that the Perito Moreno Glacier was most outstanding. We had the opportunity to come pretty close to that huge river of ice thanks to the ride in the catamaran that was included in our tour. I have attached two photos of our memorable tour and you can see for yourself the wonderful places we had visited which made all that travel to South America worthwhile.
Once again, it has been my privilege and pleasure to have corresponded with you on the planning of this 'once in a lifetime' trip and I am most grateful for all the help and advice you have given to all our queries. I will strongly recommend you and your team at Latin America For Less to all my friends who wish to embark on such a trip in the future. In fact, ever since my return, my sister (she was the one who had told me to write to Latin America For Less after she had accidentally discovered your website while surfing the net), has been receiving feedback from me as she intends to make a similar trip to Argentina with her friends, sometime in the future. Furthermore, Nah Nee's brother will be visiting South America in a few month's time and I am sure he will be seeking advice from Nah Nee regarding the planning of his trip. We intend to recommend you and your company, so be on the lookout for more Singaporeans writing to you for travel advice and making you their Trip Advisor!!
Here's wishing you all the best for the future...

Hi Silvana,
We just got back to Paris this morning, our return trip went well. Our French-speaking guide in Bariloche was very good and the hotel was very comfortable. All in all our trip went great, our heads our filled with images. We were very happy with the way you handled the entire trip and followed us through our vacation. We have traveled all around the world and Argentina was the first country we visited in South America. We will without a doubt contact you for our next trip.
A big thank you again, and hopefully talk to you soon.
