Dear Galapagos For Less,

Five weeks in South America and we joke that we received "more for less." Our first online contact was with Gavin Breeze who patiently answered innumerable questions and helped us organize our "own detailed and unique itinerary" to meet our interests, pace and budget to suit our group of five people, all in their sixties. We selected our accommodations (based on our price range) from an electronic shortlist provided by Galapagos For Less. The hotel names were linked to websites so we could actually see the possibilities ahead of time. Our accommodations turned out to be excellent throughout the trip. From hotels, to flight purchases, and to arrangements for the local tours, Gavin's insights gave us good advice and choices. Our questions were always promptly and thoroughly answered. This service was SO much better than buying a packaged tour!!!

We also appreciated the ground staff arranged by Galapagos For Less in the five different countries (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Ecuador) we visited, who, without fail, arranged for us to meet and depart on eleven separate flights at all hours of the day. Having personal transfers from airports to hotels (and vice versa) and to be picked up and delivered at our hotels before and after tours took so much of the stress and uncertainty out of the trip. This service allowed us to really enjoy the sights and not worry about the logistics of getting here and there. We were provided with often exceptional guides for specified tours that always met or exceeded expectations. We had a good balance of tours on our own and those when we were merged with larger groups. We always appreciated the flexibility and personal touch, AND all at reasonable price. We highly recommend Galapagos For Less and plaudits to Gavin who easily earned his beer when we met up with him in Lima."

We are back in Denver after a wonderful and amazing trip. Every single aspect of the trip was excellent and everything went perfectly as planned.

I cannot begin to tell you how much we enjoyed this trip and we could not have done it without you. We met so many other families along the way that did not work with an agency like yours and we immediately saw the advantages that we had. The drivers were wonderful and on time, every time. The drivers got us into the fronts of long lines at every destination! People in Ecuador and Peru were so gracious and friendly, much more so than in the United States! My family wants to move to Cusco! We loved the culture, the people, and the prices.

What a fabulous vacation and what a wonderful experience to have been able to travel to Peru and Ecuador. Our trip went on without a glitch! Our drivers were wonderful, the tour guides all fabulous! The hotels were perfect. We loved every city we visited. We really loved Cusco, what a charming little city. Our hotel there, Quinoa, couldn't have been better. The staff there really made us feel at home.

We enjoyed all of the hotels! They were just perfect. We couldn't believe the prices in Cusco; shopping for me was fabulous! The people were so wonderful and sweet, calling me "senorita" and "amiga". The food was great. I did not try cuy in Ecuador, but the rest of the gang did. I did not try the worms in Ecuador either, but the guys did! I couldn't put that squishy thing in my mouth! But I did do the best at the blowgun in the rainforest! Beat the pants off the guys! Go figure! We enjoyed La Casa del Suizo, but the drinks were not included and the sodas were very expensive! We met a wonderful Ecuadorian family there and they have invited Alec to go back next summer to their home, even do a year of school there with them if he wanted. I don't think I would send him for that long at his age now but we could definitely visit them next summer and have even discussed bringing their daughter back to the US with us for a few weeks. We'll see what happens...

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation or accommodations. I just can't thank you enough for all of your hard work! We had a fabulous time thanks to your knowledge and expertise in putting together our perfect vacation! I will gladly write positive reviews for Galapagos For Less! I will recommend you to everyone I know who is interested in traveling to South America!

I am writing to you as a very satisfied customer to tell you that in my opinion, you have in your employ a young man who is an outstanding asset to your company. Matt Greenberg is a model of efficiency and professionalism, a very charming and self effacing young man with impeccable manners and outstanding social and business skills. I hope I don't sound like his Mum but I really cannot speak highly enough of Matt and the quality of the service he provided to us on behalf of your company.

Earlier in 2011, a lady friend and I decided to take a trip around South America. As we are both seasoned travelers we put together a draft itinerary and sent it out to several travel agents all over the world. Matt's response was prompt and his tone showed that he wanted to know more about what we wanted rather than try to 'shoe horn' us into an existing package. His questions, as we continued to correspond, were insightful and when he made suggested alterations he always provided a reason for the suggested change.

From the start of the trip it became clear that Matt had done a marvelous job for us. Our trip was very complex as a look at our itinerary will show. The hotels and tour were great. The many elements were put together in a manageable and smoothly following order. When a few small difficulties occurred Matt dealt with them within hours and always with that extra touch of care. He handled these issues so quickly and made the changes appear so seamless that we started calling him Magical Matt and Matt the miracle worker!

Dear Rylee,

When we first had the idea to visit places in South America, we found it very difficult to find someone who could put together an itinerary to include what we wanted to do and see in the time frame we had to travel, which was one month. It started to look like we wouldn't be able to go and we would have to rethink our dream honeymoon......but then we found Rylee at Latin America For less and with just a brief synopsis of what we hoped to achieve, she came back with a fantastic itinerary.

However, we were still a little off on budget and times so again we went back to Rylee who was able to work with what we had and didn't mind at all changing things around to suit us.

Everything was taken care of for us so we could just arrive from Ireland and start our honeymoon without trying to organize things from scratch. Airport transfers, hotels, city tours, special excursions, and internal flights were all taken care of; all we had to do was go and enjoy the samba of Rio, the steak and wine of Buenos Aires, the beauty of Iguazu, the wonder of Machu Picchu, and the wildlife of the Galapagos.

Once more you put together a great trip. This was one of the best ones. Not many vacations when you can swim with sea lions in the morning and walk with giant tortoises in the afternoon. All the transfers went on schedule. The guy who worked with us in Quito was especially helpful considering the short durations of our transfers. Another great and memorable trip.

Thanks for arranging the trip and the change in schedule. We had a wonderful time in the Galapagos. It totally exceeded ones expectation. The ship, staff and service were impeccable. The food and meals were healthy and flavorful. We saw a lot of wonderful animals, birds and creatures on the islands and it was really relaxing for us to be there and experience so many wonderful things.

The guides and the pickup and drop offs in Quito all went fine. They were always pleasant and wonderful to deal with.
