Island Hopping Tour

• A transfer will take you to the airport for your morning flight from Guayaquil to the Galapagos Islands.
• Upon arrival at the Baltra Airport, our representative will accompany you for the transfer to your hotel located in Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz Island.
• In the afternoon, take your first guided excursion to Tortuga Bay. Upon your arrival, you will take a 45 minute stroll through a cactus trail to reach the first beach, called Playa Brava, to see marine life and marine birds. Continue your walk for another 15 minutes to reach the natural lagoon called Playa Mansa. Here you will be able to swim, sun tan, and have the chance to see blue footed boobies and pelicans.
• Return to your hotel for dinner and enjoy a relaxing evening. The waterfront main boulevard of Puerto Ayora is lined with local shops making it a great spot to explore on foot.

• After breakfast, you will make your way to the tour meeting point in town to start your tour to one of these islands:
  • Bartolome: Known as the most picturesque island of them all. On this island, you can admire its beautiful bays and observe the formations of lava and volcanic cones.
  • North Seymour Island: This spectacular island offers its visitors several activities such as hiking, swimming, and snorkeling. You will be able to spot animals such as frigates, boobies, green sea turtles, and so much more!
  • Plazas: Two separate islands make up Plazas, making it a great place to observe marine life either out of the water or in the turquoise water snorkeling. Its coast is made up of white sand and black lava.
  • Santa Fé: Take a short walking tour to get to Santa Fé’s beach. Here on this small island you will be able to find brightly colored land iguanas, many sea lions, swim turtles and possibly some sharks too!
• You will stop to have lunch onboard your small yacht. In the afternoon you will return to the port to make your way back to your hotel.

* Please note that on days 3-5 you will visit one island per day depending on the islands’ availability.

• After breakfast, your naturalist guide will pick you up for an early morning visit to the Charles Darwin Station. Here you will see and learn about the ongoing conservation efforts directed towards preserving the Giant Tortoises, as well as the environment of the volcanic archipelago as a whole
• After, you’ll be transferred to the Baltra Airport for your journey home or on to your next destination.
