From City to Patagonian Wilderness

Choose between two exciting tour options for your second day in Santiago:

Option 1: Maipo Valley Wine Tour:

• Today you will depart from Santiago and head towards the town of Pirque located in Maipo Valley, and ultimately reach the highly-acclaimed Viña Concha y Toro vineyards.
• Begin the tour with a walkthrough of the gardens from the late 19th century former summer residence of the Concha y Toro family. Discover more than 25 vafiatied of grapes all while having a beautiful panoramic view of the Maipo Valley. Finish the first part of the tour with a tasting of three wines from the Casillero del Diablo wine cellar.
• Then, head to Viña Santa Rita, where you will begin a guided tour of the varietal garden, vineyards, winemaking, aging process, and bottling process in the famous "Bodega 1" and Bodega de los 120 Patriotas."
• End your tour with a delicious wine tasting and lunch at the beautiful Doña Paula Restaurant and explore the Andean Museum which exhibits archaeological and ethnographic collections from the pre-Columbian people who inhabited Chile. (*optional)

Option 2: Valparaíso and Viña del Mar Tour:

• Explore Chile’s coastal cities with an exciting Valparaíso and Viña del Mar Tour. These two charming towns are located a little more than an hour from Santiago.
• With its bohemian atmosphere, chaotic and colorful architecture, and lovely port, Valparaíso is one of the most attractive cities in Chile. You will start your tour at the Mirador 21 de Mayo from where you will enjoy spectacular views of the entire city and bay. Next, you will visit the fascinating house-museum of the poet and winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature, Pablo Neruda.
• Descend to Valparaíso’s Prat Dock, where sailors embark and men scramble to load the enormous ships.
• After lunch, you will head out to Viña del Mar where you will enjoy a relaxing stroll down the quiet streets and picturesque beaches of this lovely coastal town.
• In the afternoon, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Santiago and have the evening free to explore more of the city’s exciting spots.

• After breakfast at your hotel, meet your transfer to the airport for your flight from Santiago to Punta Arenas.
• Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the airport in Punta Arenas by a Latin America For Less representative who will take you to the Punta Arenas bus station for your journey to Puerto Natales.
• Upon arrival in Puerto Natales, one of our representatives will take you to your confirmed Puerto Natales hotel.
• Enjoy a free afternoon and evening to explore the restaurants and local Patagonian culture of Puerto Natales at your leisure.

• Today you will depart from your hotel located in Puerto Natales to begin your full day visit to the beautiful La Estancia Perales. Typical of the Patagonia fjords, La Estancia Perales is surrounded by nature that provides stunning views of the landscape.
• During your guided tour, you will hike though the magic "Fiord Path," also known as Camino del Fiordo. On the hike, you will have the opportunity to spot native flora and fauna, see glaciers such as San Luis Mount and Barranca de Lobos Marinos, and pass by Caracha lagoon all with the view of the Chacabuco mountain range.
• The Tour will end with a typical magallenean lunch before heading back to your hotel in Puerto Natales for a well-deserved night's rest.

• Explore the strikingly beautiful Torres del Paine National Park on an adventurous full-day tour. Meet your guide for the journey to Torres del Paine, and along the way, you will stop at Milodon Cave, an enormous cavern that is almost 100 feet high and 230 feet deep.
• The tour continues from here through the hills and plains of Chilean Patagonia, before reaching Torres del Paine National Park, a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve.
• You will admire Lake Nordeskjold draining into Lake Pehoe at Salto Grande and the granite massifs of Cuernos del Paine, which dominate the skyline. Eat lunch along the shores of Lake Grey, enjoying the views of Grey glacier. After lunch, you will continue on to Amarga Lagoon which has some of the best views in Torres del Paine before checking in to your Torres del Paine hotel in the early evening.

• You’ll depart from your hotel and recieve a bike helmet then explore the stunning shore of Señoret. Puerto Natales is is located on the shore of Señoret Channel, between Almirante Montt gulf and Ultima Esperanza fjord.
• During the excursion, you will visit many monuments streets and avenues of the city. You'll visit the main viewpoints, pioneer homes, a handicraft town called Ether Aike, Braun Blanchard Pier, and the main square.

• After another delicious breakfast in your Puerto Natales hotel, meet your transfer to the bus station for your journey home or onward to your next Chile destination.
