Yes we had a wonderful time. All our trips went smoothly; we enjoyed all of them, even the city tour when we got caught in a flood. The food was great. The breakfast served at St. George hotel in Iguazu was superior. We enjoyed the gaucho party and they even sang happy birthday to me. The day we did the Delta Cruise was a little cool and rainy but we enjoyed it just the same. All of our guides spoke English well and were very helpful. We enjoyed the falls and walked our feet off. It was very hot also but we don't mind the heat. The wine was great as well as the beef. We tried to enjoy the local food when we didn't have a tango show or gaucho party to go to. I definitely would recommend your agency for a tour because you did a wonderful job of lining everything up for us - thank you.

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for your nice email. Brazil was wonderful. We really enjoy every moment. Each destination was completely different so it is really difficult to choose our favourite destination... Rio with all his green hills and beaches; the Falls are really amazing; the Amazon is so huge; Buzios is so pretty and charming... I just want to go back and visit the rest of Brazil.

Regarding to trip organization mostly everything went very smoothly and easy. Thanks again for your help.

We just got back to KL an hour ago after a 24 hour trip back.

Generally everything went very well. All the pick ups and tour guides were always on time, very polite and helpful.

I suppose the tour guides in Iguazu were the best as we spent most time with them and they were with us throughout the tour. The two tour guides that we appreciated most were the gentlemen who took us to the Brazilian side of the Iguazu falls. Oscar? And Margarita who took us to the Argentinean side.

We were very impressed with the friendliness, and assistance given to us by all Argentineans. They were really nice people.

Dear Argentina For Less

First of all, sorry for the delay in this feedback. I had been awaiting responses from some of the other family members, and ultimately, received only good news.

As you may recall this is the second time that I have planned trips with "Latin America For Less" and I am happy to report that both trips went very well. As you know we had a snag with our flights from Iguazu to Buenos Aires, but that was clearly not the fault of your company, and we made due with plan B (although it did make it impossible for us to visit Uruguay on a day trip as an option, something which I had hoped for). We were able to use the after hours emergency phone number, which is very handy when you are traveling.

Apart from that everything else went smoothly. True to form each of the transfers was handled very skilfully (an experience that we remembered from our Peru trip several years ago). Talking with the others it seems that the three highlights were the full day trip in Rio (what a beautiful city), the estancia experience (I would highly recommend that to your future clients), and the Iguazu Falls (in particular the ability to stay in the park at the Sheraton, while pricey we thought it was worthwhile).

I would like to personally thank you for all your assistance in the planning of the trip. I will certainly keep you in mind for the next time that we travel to South America.

I just thought I would drop you a quick note to thank you very much for the work you did in organising our trip. It all worked faultlessly and it was a fantastic experience. I was amazed at some of the sites in Argentina and Rio truly awe inspiring, in particular the glaciers. In general Argentina is an easy and safe place to travel for an Australia, even when you don?t speak Spanish and we really enjoyed our time there.

Highlights of Argentina and Rio

I wanted to thank you for making the arrangements for our touring in and around Buenos Aires. We were pleased with our stay for the most part.

The accommodations at the Hotel Lafayete were very good. Rooms were clean, breakfast had a variety of food, and the bed was very sleepable which I can't say is the case of many hotels that we have been in. The restaurant that was connected to the hotel was also good for a quick sandwich or evening drink before going to bed.

The tango/dinner show was excellent. We have been to one before, but this was certainly a first rate place. The service and food were also excellent.

Most of the drivers were on time or within a reasonable time scheduled for departures.
