Dear Richard,
We are back in Malta! We would like to thank you and your team for a most enjoyable vacation. Considering the many countries (Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil) we visited, and the 14 flights we took, all went well. Hotels were of a good standard with the 'Emperador' in Buenos Aires being exceptional value. We were always met on time by extremely competent guides. Transport used was always clean and comfortable. Once again, thank you for a great vacation and I will certainly recommend Argentina For Less to those who would like a stress free holiday in South America.
Oliver,
Malta.
Hi Rylee,
Again it was a trip of a lifetime!!! We saw so many beautiful things and had so many great impressions; we cannot even say what we liked best.
In Rio a few things did not follow the plan. The "Historic Tour" was canceled because nobody else was interested in it. Instead we were taken on a boat trip around the city and that was really great. The historic tour we did on our own later on and had no problems.
In Iguazu we enjoyed the falls very much though it was raining cats and dogs. On the boat trip to "Devil's throat" we got soaked to the skin but had a lot of fun. The next day - on the Brazilian side - it rained even more but the falls from that side were also very impressive and we had a very good guide on our own.
In Buenos Aires the girl who took care of us Carmen was extraordinarily friendly and helpful!
The Atacama Desert and the trip to Bolivia were quite an adventure; we can recommend it to those who are healthy, tough and enduring. Nevertheless, we would go back there anytime.
Rylee, once again we thank you very much for all your help in preparing this wonderful and memorable trip for us. Being addicted to South America we might come back to you at some time in the future.

Dear Nick, Elizabeth and Richard,
I wanted to praise your travel advisor Riva Bacquet, who helped me earlier this year with an FIT to Argentina.
Riva was a pleasure to work with: not only was she very attentive, professional and knowledgeable, but she also provided me with very valuable insights into the options we were looking at for my clients. She took the time and effort to find us the best accommodation and tours with the best value and the most important: she always followed up with calls and e-mails, to make sure I had everything I needed.
Always with a pleasant and friendly attitude, she really listened to me and provided me with great assistance before and after my clients' trip. She asked me if I had any post-trip feedback from the travelers or needed any post trip assistance. Which actually was very helpful: my clients experienced some issues with your local vendors in Argentina and Riva gave us excellent customer service. The clients (and myself) were very pleased with the resolution she came up with.
I am definitely booking with your company again and will recommend it for other clients and colleagues in the Travel Industry.
Thank you for your excellent professionalism

Hi Staci,
We were very happy with the service we received. The airport pickup and drop off couldn?t be faulted and the guide at the Iguazu Falls was great. I would recommend your company to friends.

Hi Matt,
I wanted to give you feedback on our trip.
Buenos Aires: The people who worked at our hotel, El Esplendor, were lovely. They were extremely helpful from a customer service perspective. My only complaint about that hotel is that the breakfast left something to be desired. The location was downtown near the tourist attractions and close enough to walk to the subway which is nice. A representative from Argentina For Less picked us up from the airport and was very friendly and spoke excellent English. This was a great welcome.
The tour in Buenos Aires was nice. Our tour guide spoke very good English and was a very smart guy who could answer all of our questions. He also gave us a different political perspective from what I might expect from a tour guide, sharing different perspectives about Peron?s impact on Argentina. The tango night, at Esquina Carlos Gardel, was kind of cheesy. It was definitely a tourist type thing to do, I think a lot of people there enjoyed it though.
Iguazu: Our hotel in Iguazu, was my favorite. It was called La Cantera. It was more like a resort for honeymooners. So quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed the jungle lodge setting. Pretty good breakfast as well. The tour of the Iguazu waterfalls was great. When we traveled from Iguazu to El Calafate, Argentina For Less did a great job of putting us on an earlier flight that wasn?t cancelled. They saved us a great headache.
El Calafate: As you know things got a little dicey from here with Argentina For Less. They did not have a representative pick us up from the airport; some random tour company took us to our hotel after making a pit stop. The Glacier tour guide was late to pick us up and was not saying very much in English. After that our guide on the glacier and the boxed lunch were terrific. We really had a great time on the mini trek. I highly recommend that you do this and have your groups do this. I think individuals that didn?t walk the glacier were a bit disappointed to have missed out. The hotel Esplendor Calafate was really nice. Good breakfast too.
Overall this is one of the best vacations I have ever had. Thank you so much for all of your hard work. Thank you for making this trip something I will remember forever.

Hi Silvana,
You did an awesome job!! Thank you. Whatever you planned for us went extremely well. I am so glad we went with you as our travel advisor.
All the tour guides were awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our trip thoroughly. The only snag was Cusco, the high altitude did not agree with me and also the choice of hotel was not good at all (my fault - I should have listened to you).
The Iguazu Falls are engrained in our memory. We will go back God willing.
With warmest regards,

Dear Argentina For Less,
Our trip to Brazil and Argentina was amazing! Hands down Rio is one of the most beautiful cities we've ever visited! Our wonderful tour guide (who by the way spoke 4 languages!) took us all over the city, including to the most scenic views of the city at Christ the Redeemer, Sugar Loaf Mountain and the lovely beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema. We didn't think it would be possible to see something more beautiful and then we reached Iguazu Falls. There are falls, rainbows, wildlife and greenery everywhere! Absolutely breathtaking. Finally, our trip ended in Buenos Aires where again we were welcomed by a very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. Buenos Aires is a unique city with amazing history, culture and architecture. We highly recommend the tango show, great entertainment, food and drink!
Thanks so much to Argentina For Less and especially to Riva for making our trip to South America so special!
