I am writing to you as a very satisfied customer to tell you that in my opinion, you have in your employ a young man who is an outstanding asset to your company. Matt Greenberg is a model of efficiency and professionalism, a very charming and self effacing young man with impeccable manners and outstanding social and business skills. I hope I don't sound like his Mum but I really cannot speak highly enough of Matt and the quality of the service he provided to us on behalf of your company.

Earlier in 2011, a lady friend and I decided to take a trip around South America. As we are both seasoned travelers we put together a draft itinerary and sent it out to several travel agents all over the world. Matt's response was prompt and his tone showed that he wanted to know more about what we wanted rather than try to 'shoe horn' us into an existing package. His questions, as we continued to correspond, were insightful and when he made suggested alterations he always provided a reason for the suggested change.

From the start of the trip it became clear that Matt had done a marvelous job for us. Our trip was very complex as a look at our itinerary will show. The hotels and tour were great. The many elements were put together in a manageable and smoothly following order. When a few small difficulties occurred Matt dealt with them within hours and always with that extra touch of care. He handled these issues so quickly and made the changes appear so seamless that we started calling him Magical Matt and Matt the miracle worker!

Our trip to El Calafate was superb! From being picked up and delivered to and from airports and hotels, to gracious accommodations, helpful personnel and GREAT day trips, we had a wonderful time. Your selection of excursions for each of the 4 days was perfect. The beautiful ride to and visit to the Perito Merino glacier and national park, the 4X4 excursion in the mountains behind El Calafate, the day long boat trip to the glaciers, and the fabulous horseback ride gave us a wonderful overview and sense of the overwhelming beauty of Patagonia.

We have nothing but compliments for the services of all of your colleagues, especially for sending someone with a cell phone to help us when we were stranded in the El Calafate airport for an entire day during the airline strike. Thank you for your overall guidance and patience.

The guide in Punta Arenas was great. Cruceros Australis, our Patagonia cruise, was fantastic. Outstanding?AWESOME!

We really enjoyed all the tours we took. The bilingual tour guides were all great. Drivers were all nice except that they do not speak much English which we understand. We appreciated that we were handed out with our itinerary or were called to be informed about it as soon as we arrived.

We enjoyed our time in Argentina. The tours went well at Iguazu and in Mendoza for the most part. The airport transfers were good in both places as well. On the whole, we enjoyed the trip and would definitely go back to Argentina again.

I did want to say the trips were fantastic and I had a great time! All the arrangements, transfers, hotels and guides were great. I can't think of anything I would want to change if I did it over again.

The hotels were all really nice with great staff at the hotels. Additionally the hotel you recommended in Lima was very good as well. If I was to go to Latin America again I will definitely be contact with you and I would recommend you and the trips you planned for us.

We got back home a few days ago and now we're reliving our travel experience with our family and friends each time we tell them about it. Apart from getting to know Buenos Aires on our own, we had an AMAZING time in Patagonia with the tour that you planned for us. Everything from the transfers to the hotels was perfect.

I really can't think of anything that would have made our trip better. The excursions were also fantastic. They were extremely well planned out and the local travel agents made themselves very available to meet all our needs. Seeing penguins and sea lions in Puerto Madryn and Península Valdés was incredible.

In Calafate for our "free day" we chose to do the Mini-Trekking on the Perito Moreno Glacier. What an experience! I believe anyone would be amazed by the glacier, but coming from Puerto Rico where we rarely get temperatures below 70 degrees it was all the more exciting and amazing.

Ushuaia was also great, never missing an opportunity to take a picture at every "Fin del Mundo" sign. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely be recommending Argentina For Less!

We arrived home yesterday and everything went very well. We enjoyed every minute and the trip was great.
