Hi Kristina,

This adventure went off without a hitch! In Iguazu the agent met us at the airport, had all our transfer information and explained everything to us in detail. He gave us a little tour of the town and recommended some restaurants for dinner. He brought us in to the hotel and made sure there were no problems at check in and told us what time he would pick us up in the morning The next day he picked us up brought us to the park and passed us off to the guide. Her name was Margarita and she was amazing, spent the entire day with us and pointed out so many interesting things in the park. The tour company made sure we got back to the hotel and picked us up in the morning then off to Mendoza. The Hotel Saint George is a very clean hotel. It is close to all the restaurants. Once I got used to using a skeleton key to lock the door instead of a key card I was fine!

In Mendoza, again an agent was waiting for us at the airport and I will tell you I have never felt so special and spoiled in all my travels. I figured we would be part of a group but no it was just our guide, driver and us. It was perfect. She gave us a lovely tour of the city after we landed, suggested a great restaurant for dinner and when we left she wanted to take us to the airport and wait until our flight left?much more than I expected!

The hotel Argentino was beautiful. It was very clean and the rooms were excellent. It is located right downtown, has excellent staff and service?..no skeleton keys?The wine tours were amazing, we visited 3 Wineries. When they give you a sample to taste it?s a full glass and as much as you would like?..not like North America! We had lunch at one of the wineries and it was fantastic.

Kristina there is not enough words to describe how wonderful this trip was and I thank you for arranging it. I need one favor?.our guide in Mendoza I forgot her name?..too many wine samples?..If you could find it out and the company she works for I would like to thank her personally.

Liz and I had a wonderful trip to Argentina. I am so glad that I chose the tour to Iguazu Falls and El Calafate. Veronica, the local guide who met us at the airport, was very hospitable. She gave us information that was very useful. We certainly saw the highlights of the country. In Buenos Aires, we had a chance to see almost everything through the city tour. We explored the city on the second day in Buenos Aires. The tango show was great entertainment.

In Iguazu, our tour guide, Adrian, was excellent. He made sure that everyone in his group was accounted for. He was very knowledgeable about the falls. We had a chance to take plenty of pictures. The Falls were spectacular!

What we saw in El Calafate was totally unexpected. The landscape is unlike anything we have ever seen. When we finally saw the Perito Moreno Glacier, we were speechless. The sight was awesome! Liz and I will probably come back to Patagonia in the future.

Our trip was made very manageable by the punctuality of the tour guides and drivers. They worked to make the transfers to the various locations possible.

I also want to thank you for helping us to make this trip possible. It was great fun!

We had a wonderful vacation. Everything worked very well. All pick up arrangements without exception were on time. All flights were on time and each activity and visits were held as planned. Every part of our trip met our expectations in terms of quality except our Hotel in Salta which is not at the 4 stars level like the others. It needs to be updated.

All in all we are very satisfied with the program you put together for us and I would certainly not hesitate to recommend you as a professional organization. In fact we have already started to think about our next vacation!! Thanks again and hopefully we will be in touch in the near future.

Thanks a lot for making our first trip to South America a success. It was tiring once we got back home. But we enjoyed the whole experience very much. Dinner & Tango night in Buenos Aires was great. All the guides and drivers were very good. I must add that Nemicio in La Paz was outstanding. The Iguazu Falls and Machu Picchu were definitely the highlights. The train trip was enjoyable too. Of all the hotels, we really liked the location in Machu Picchu. On the way back to Cusco, we changed the train to an earlier train and were a bit disappointed that even after paying US $ 13.00 each extra, the train had fewer facilities.

All in all, we had a memorable journey.

My daughters and I had a great time in Buenos Aires and were very sad to leave Argentina. We all experienced excitement, warmth, energy and just pure pleasure from our entire stay in that country and would recommend your company to all who want to travel to South America. All transfers, tours and the Tango Evening were brilliant, and the drivers were always punctual and friendly.

The Estancia tour and the Tango Evening venues were perfectly chosen and gorgeous. I have been to Buenos Aires twice and I must say the estancia you sent us to was the most professional and organized. The Carlos Gardel Tango House was beautiful and was also a very good choice.

The Hollywood Suites was brilliant and I can recommend this hotel to everyone. The front staff was excellent and we all enjoyed our stay there immensely as the style of the loft and the location in Palermo was ideal for us.
