We're back safely in Ireland after a fantastic trip to South America. We had an amazing time. On behalf of both of us I want to say a HUGE thank you to you for all your help and patience with all our queries and changes!! Everything worked like clockwork. I must say I didn't really realize all that was entailed until I got there. There was plenty of scope for problems but we didn't encounter any.

The only time we got a bit close to that was on journey back from Puerto Natales. The journey took 6 hours (due to customs) on the way there so we were a bit afraid that we might have missed our flight to Buenos Aires. We spoke to local transfer company and I think they organized for a car to pick us up close to the airport to save time. The bus driver was aware of this. When we got to the designated stop no car was there but the bus turned off main road and dropped us at airport. This was really good of him.

We loved South America. As it is such a big continent we plan to return to visit possibly Peru and Chile in a few years. We will definitely use your company. The local knowledge was wonderful.

How can a month be gone since we were in South America? Aside from the Iguazu tour group, our trip was great. I can?t say enough about the excellent service we received from Carmen of Say Hueque in Buenos Aires. She was the star of our entire trip. We also greatly enjoyed the guide Nacho of Cocha Turismo in Chile and the Forest Tour guide/tour in Iguazu Falls.

When we got to Buenos Aires, we were supposed to be picked up but the ride never showed. Fortunately I remembered the name of the hotel. More importantly, I had a way to communicate with your agency, and when we called, this incredible lady, Carmen, got to the hotel to get us a copy of all the information and our schedule which we had lost.

Your people (Hector) in Iguazu were just great. The tour guides were excellent, and the hotels were the best. People like Carmen and Hector made this vacation very special.

We just wanted to thank you for your all your help with our trip to Brazil and Argentina. We were very happy with the matrimonial suites at all three hotels. The location and the staff at the Copacabana Martinique in Rio de Janiero were exceptional.

We really enjoyed the Rio Carnival at the Sambodromo. Our seats were great! It was truly the "Greatest Show on Earth " (after having seen carnival in many countries)!!! The Iguazu Falls were truly amazing!! Your guide in Buenos Aires, Carmen was great and very helpful.

Dear Aleksander,

My wife and I undertook a tour of Argentina for 17 days in February and March of 2011. We chose Argentina For Less who has an office in Texas, as our travel agency. We came to know about Argentina For Less from their Internet web site.

During initial negotiations, Argentina For Less was very fast in replying to my queries and they never tired of our many back and forth queries and discussions. They truthfully answered all my questions without any fuss. I would say that this is one of the main strengths of Argentina For Less. This happened mainly because of the efforts of Alexander who was corresponding with me.

During the time of hotel selection also, Argentina For less accommodated most of my requested hotels and the hotels all proved to be good and corresponding to their star ratings. They also gave me the freedom to purchase our own air tickets for the internal travels.

Argentina For Less had sent me a day by day detailed schedule of everything we were going to see and do during our travels before we left for Argentina. This schedule contained the names of agencies who would handle us and their contact numbers in all the 7 locations we were scheduled to visit, the names of hotels, addresses and phone numbers, as well as the times of pick-ups and the type of service to be rendered, etc. This puts one's mind at rest as you feel that you are in the hands of a professional.

My wife and I faced slight problems when the representative did not turn up to pick us up at Buenos Aires and in Bariloche. In both the cases, I contacted their representative on phone and they profusely apologized, gave the reasons for their absence and requested me to take a taxi to the hotel and promised that we would be compensated. I also contacted Argentina For Less by email and informed them about my difficulties. Aleksander always promptly answered my emails and ensured that we were given the refund of whatever amount that we had spent.

But for this small hitch, everything went as per the plan. Whatever tours we were promised were given and we had a wonderful time in all the places that we visited in Argentina. The highlight of our trip was our walk on top of the Viedma Glacier for more than 2 hours on a bright sunny day. The company that Argentina For Less had organized for the Viedma Glacier Trek had excellent young guides who went out of the way to make my wife, troubled by an arthritic knee, feel comfortable by holding her hands during the trek. In the Iguazu Falls, our boat ride into the falls was the highlight. We did this ride four times into different falls and we can never forget this thrilling experience.

Aleksander was in constant touch with us through emails and we felt very comfortable in a strange land that somebody was following our progress unseen and was ready to come to our help in case of any troubles. On the whole, I am happy we opted for Argentina For less for this trip to Argentina. I will not have any hesitations to recommend them to others. With Argentina For Less, your concerns and worries become lesser.

The trip you organized for us was wonderful, thank you ever so much. No problems, no delays, just great. All the hotels were lovely and the tours too. The Perito Moreno Glacier is just amazing and we think the highlight of the trip in Argentina. We perhaps didn't need to go to Puerto Madryn as it is very like a region we have in South Africa and very barren, but it was ok. Chile was great too.

Dear Kristina,

We had a fantastic time in Argentina. The hotels were great and the transfers were on time or close to it for all activities. Finca Adalgisas in Chacras was perfection. A couple of times when the hotel called the "emergency number", there was no answer, but our transfer showed up shortly after the fact. Some of the drivers did not know any English, but seemed to know the plan, so it was fine. The tango show was fun. The tour guides were great. We really loved Sandra, who took us on our wine tours. She was so great and so full of energy!!

Thank you for all of your help. As I had said previously, I used Latin America For Less for my trip last year, too, and I will definitely think of your services again for any future travels to South America!

Paul and Kelleigh said the trip was flawless from start to finish! They found the country beautiful, peaceful, safe and very European!

The day trips that you organized were excellent. They liked having one day of group activities and then one day to explore on their own! All the airport transfers by the guides were on time and very professional! The domestic flights within Argentina that you arranged were terrific!

I have not heard Paul rave so much about a trip! Paul kept saying he could feel how much you cared with the way all the logistics and details were handled by you and Argentina For Less! The itinerary of Buenos Aires, Mendoza, and Bariloche back to Buenos Aires was a perfect triangle!
